Message from Willson Greco
Willson Greco Barristers and Solicitors, located in the Sault’s downtown, have issued the following notice relative to the coronavirus.
To our clients, realtors, and fellow counsel:
Your health and safety is our top priority, therefore effective today, our office doors will remain locked, all appointments will be conducted over the phone and documents exchanged via email.
If you have a real estate transaction closing with our office, do not worry, we are here and we are closing real estate transactions in the regular course of business. We are implementing the following measures to ensure the safety of our clients and our staff:
1. All clients will be phoned and screened before their appointment to sign documents.
2. If you have flu-like symptoms, please alert us by phone or email and do not attend our office.
3. If you have traveled outside of Canada, or have been in contact with someone who has traveled outside of Canada, do not attend our office.
4. If any of the above apply to you, please, do not panic, it is our job as lawyers to solve problems and ensure that your real estate transaction closes smoothly, no matter what. We will ensure that you are well taken care of with the great service you have come to know from our firm. Your deal will close, do not panic.
