Sault is a friendly place but …
Sault Business Matters has received the following letter to the editor from a relative newcomer to the city.
Hello! I moved to Sault Ste. Marie in 2019 to take a job that has helped me to support my wife and our young family.
We like living in Sault Ste. Marie and we are able to afford to live in a small house in downtown of Sault Ste. Marie.
Sault Ste. Marie is a friendly place! We buy our groceries at a very friendly store “City Meat Market” where the Staff are friendly and the meat and the veggies are so very much fresh!
We like Sault Ste. Marie very very much and we wish to stay in Sault Ste. Marie and not to return to Brampton which was very expensive for us as a family to live.
We only wish that downtown of Sault Ste. Marie would be much cleaner and much prettier. Many of the buildings have over grown weeds and on many of the streets including the main street of Queen Street there is much garbage and litter that makes such a mess and means that Sault Ste. Marie is less beautiful!
Please clean up!
