Marconi meets world!
The Marconi Cultural Event Centre, located on Albert St. in the Sault’s west end, has a three-day outdoor event planned for July 21-23.
To be called “Marconi Meets World”, the event will be in collaboration with Missanabie Cree First Nation, Elettra Marconi Society and G Marconi Society.
MCEC says it is proud to be adding this diverse celebration to the Jamestown area. With the expansion of its cultural heritage, it welcomes all in the community to attend.
Day one will feature many of the various peoples that call Sault Ste. Marie home. Experience Indigenous arts and culture on day two. With the last day incorporating the long-standing Italian Festival.
Food, drink, local and out of town artists, games, local vendors, and kids’ zone will be present throughout the duration.
Passes and vendor information will be announced in the coming weeks as well as entertainment headliners.
