The Downtown Association and Ermatinger Clergue National Historic Site will be co-hosting what they are calling ‘Poutine Feast’ on this Canada Day weekend.

Poutine Feast is described as a collection of award-winning food professionals specializing in Canada’s favourite classic dish. With hundreds of variations, there is a poutine for everyone from vegans to meat lovers. Gourmet selections include fresh vegetables, slow roasted pork, and even lobster to name a few. There are also a number of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options available.

Festivities on the Old Stone House lawn will include giant games, a local vendor market, live bands and a beer garden served by Outspoken Brewing.

Poutine Feast will be located at Ermatinger Clergue National Historic Site in the Sault’s downtown. Operating hours are scheduled for Thursday June 30 to Saturday July 2, 11 a.m. to 9p.m. and Sunday July 3, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
