Happy anniversary, Gliss
One of Sault Ste. Marie’s more popular and reasonably affordable restaurants is celebrating its 10th anniversary today.
It was 10 years ago that chef Derek Turner and his wife, Kristi, purchased Gliss Resturant.
Gliss was originally located on Great Northern Rd. before moving to Bay St. and then, within the last year, to its current location on Spring St. in the Sault’s downtown.
Derek and Kristi purchased the property that houses the Spring St. location from the former owner of the restaurant that was known as Cesira’s.
