Free parking downtown
Until December 31 — New Year’s Eve — free parking is available at all meters, pay-and-display units, and two-hour municipal parking lots in the Sault’s downtown area.
The exemption does not include parking in accessible spaces without a permit, identified no-parking areas, fire routes, and private lots.
Motorists should respect the two-hour limit for on-street parking as a courtesy to other shoppers and those living there.
