Old Stone House to re-open
The Ermatinger∙Clergue National Historic Site — aka the Old Stone House — will re-open to visitors beginning next Tuesday (June 23.)
Attendance will be limited and visitors will be asked to wear their own masks and gloves in order to protect themselves, the exhibits and the historic integrity of the artifacts.
As part of the Ontario government’s Stage 2 mandate relative to the COVID-19 pandemic, barriers have been placed in museum rooms to prevent the use of interactive and high-touch areas.
Persons in the museum will be asked to maintain physical distancing of at least two metres from each other at all times and visitor flow will be managed accordingly.
Hours of operation will be Tuesday to Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The site is located in the downtown area of the Sault.
