The Downtown Association has started a search for a new executive director. The process begins following today’s confirmation that current executive director Josh Ingram has announced his intention to step down from his role effective December 19 of this year.

Ingram joined the Sault’s Downtown Association in June of 2016. And according to it, the outgoing executive director “played a critical role in solidifying the operation and the strategic direction of the organization.”

In less than four years on the job, the Downtown Association, under Ingram’s leadership, won three Chamber of Commerce awards as well as an Ontario Business Improvement Area Association award for marketing and communications.
