New to Low & Slow
Sault Ste. Marie’s Low & Slow, which is featured on ‘You Gotta Eat Here’ for a reason, has recently changed up its menu — and if you haven’t stopped in yet, maybe you should!
We recently stopped in ourselves and decided on the burria tacos which consist of beef roasted in a mild Guajillio and Ancho chili sauce inside two cheesy corn tortillas with Pico and then grilled and served with birria dipping sauce and tostones.
Other creative features pop up regularly too like this deliciously insane looking cheesy Mac brisket! Fan favourites like the Low & Slow brisket and pulled pork remain of course, but newer creative items like Chile relleno, the Gringo, empanadas, the sloppy Jose, the Dog goes Moo, and what they call ‘crunchified tacos’ will keep you coming back to try them all. All of their sauces are made in house too!
