The Strive Young Professionals Group, a dynamic organization under the umbrella of the Sault Ste. Marie Chamber of Commerce, is excited to announce the call for nominations for the seventh Annual Algoma Visionary Awards (AVA).
This prestigious awards gala aims to recognize and celebrate outstanding young professionals in the Sault and Algoma region who have demonstrated excellence in leadership, community engagement, professional achievement, volunteerism, and mentoring.
Taking place on January 12, 2024, at 6 p.m., the AVA Gala at Grand Gardens promises to be a night of inspiration and celebration as 17 deserving young professionals are honored across various categories.

Strive, established in 2012 by the Sault Ste. Marie Chamber of Commerce, was created to address a representation gap for young professionals. The organization, led by an elected executive, works collaboratively with various groups, individuals, and businesses within the community to provide networking events, learning development opportunities, and community involvement initiatives.
