Strong Minds has much to offer

In 2017, owner and CEO Amanda Lambert decided to bring her vision to life and founded Strong Minds.   Amanda noticed significant gaps within the health care system and its approach towards mental health both personally and on a professional level.

She aimed to include physical exercise in all of her clients’ care and treatment programs, having founded her health and wellness business to emphasize the link between physical activity and mental health. The business has grown rapidly over the last seven years, and its current workforce of fourteen includes administrative personnel, personal trainers, registered social workers, registered health and exercise practitioners, and support workers.

The variety and number of programs offered by Strong Minds is truly astounding and very impressive. It is readily apparent that Amanda is driven and passionate and always working hard to expand the services offered in order to better serve their clients.

In 2023, Strong Minds opened their Queen St. East site at 796 Queen Street East in Heritage Square.  As their clientele continues to grow, they plan to continue expanding to meet the physical and mental well-being needs of the community.

Having hosted the Women Celebrating Women event for International Women’s Day in March for three years and the Run for Change in May for seven years, Strong Minds has always had a strong sense of community.

Here is additional information about these amazing future events!
