This holiday season, PUC Services Inc. is teaming up with Christmas Cheer to help brighten the holidays for families in need through a Toy Drive and E-Billing fundraiser.

From Monday, November 24th to Thursday, December 4th (weekdays only), PUC will be hosting its third annual Toy Drive at its 500 Second Line East location. Community members are invited to drop off new, unwrapped toys or gently used puzzles, games, and books in the building’s front lobby between 12:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.

This year, Christmas Cheer is especially in need of gift donations for the following age groups: Toddlers (Ages 1–3) and Teens (Ages 13–17)

“Christmas Cheer greatly appreciates the continued support of PUC,” said Diane Marshall, Co Convener of Christmas Cheer. “Their toy drive and monetary donations truly help make a difference for our annual community program.”

For every gift dropped off, participants will receive a ballot for a chance to win one of three $100 Metro gift cards.

In addition to the Toy Drive, PUC will be giving back through an E-Billing Campaign. For every customer who signs up for PUC E-Billing between November 24 and December 24, PUC will donate $20 to Christmas Cheer on their behalf. Last year PUC had 600 e-billing sign-ups, allowing us to successfully donate $12,000.

“Every donation, big or small, helps a child feel the joy of the season. Whether you’re dropping off a toy or switching to e-billing, you’re doing more than making a contribution — you’re supporting local families and helping spread joy where it’s needed most,” said Jairus Patterson, Manager, Communications & Customer Relations at PUC Services Inc.

This season, let’s come together as a community to lift up those around us. With your help, we can make sure every child experiences the magic of the holidays.
