Open during East St. construction
Despite ongoing construction on East Street in downtown Sault Ste. Marie, local businesses are reminding residents and visitors that they remain open and accessible.
Uncle Gino’s Pizzeria, The Mystery Restaurant, and Wisp Lounge continue to welcome customers throughout the construction period and encourage the community to keep supporting local businesses during this time.
Access to Civics #70, 71, 72, 73, 76, and 91 East Street, as well as the laneway opposite Gouin Street, is available from Queen Street. Queen Street remains fully open, providing convenient access to businesses and properties in the area.
Business owners acknowledge that construction can create temporary inconveniences but emphasize that they are open for business and look forward to serving both regular patrons and new visitors.
