“Over the years I have found many aspects rewarding and on different levels. I can safely say after many years, the most rewarding part to me is when an environment is created, an experience is made, and then a commitment to return is solidified. The biggest compliment to me is when a guest who’s never experienced the vibe has a great time and they leave expressing how much they love it there and that they will be back. And by that I don’t just mean Beck — it’s been a long‑standing reaction for many people in pretty much every place I’ve worked.”
That commitment to atmosphere is what gives Beck’s its signature energy. It’s not about exclusivity or chasing trends. In fact, the message to anyone hesitant to stop by is simple and sincere.
“For anyone who is reluctant to come I can only express two things. First off, my demographic is for everyone. I hone in on the comfort of people in general, not just the ones who fit into today’s plans. Two, the space, pricing, staff, and vibe will truly make you feel at home. The modern‑day Cheers style is sure to make you feel like a regular on the first visit.”

She also is a very experienced mixologist and creates some pretty tasty cocktails.
