The menu is also very budget friendly. They are also one of few places downtown that serves a delicious and budget friendly full breakfast. They now have their liquor license offering some great cocktail options for those wanting a refreshing beverage with their meal. The restaurant is open seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
I recently stopped by for breakfast and was very impressed with their version of one of my favourites, a Western omelette with fresh fruit and hash browns. It was one of the best I have had in a long time, even the fruit was excellent and sweet which isn’t always the case and it was presented beautifully.
Don’t be put off by the name being The Mystery, the manager reassured me that there are no mysterious/strange menu items or ingredients, rather the Mystery is their secret ingredient which is the love they put in every dish! The “Mystery” is also associated with their intent to have surprise pop up dishes you normally don’t see on the menu which until they are revealed are, you guessed it a … mystery!

Excellent review Angela and I fully concur. I have been there four times now; breakfast, twice for dinner and once for lunch. I am there twice more for lunch this week taking new people each time I go. This week it will be with a member of City Council one day and a friend from Sault MI another day. Sukhpreet is just a delightful young woman and extremely capable and accommodating. They want to be engaged with the community and to support any event they know about. Saturday they supported Coldest Night of the Year bringing a hot appetizer outside to volunteers!!
